Despite being valued for its tranquil seclusion, Waters Edge is incredibly well served for road links. Proximity to the A1 means swift access to nearby Stamford and the north as far as Scotland, while southbound will take you directly to London, or onto the A14 for the historic university city of Cambridge. That also means easy access to London Stansted airport, south of Cambridge on the M11.

Taking the A47 near Wansford will bring you into the heart of Peterborough in just a few minutes, where you can access excellent rail services to all parts of the country, as well as Peterborough’s own very extensive amenities. The area is also well served by the national rail network with frequent swift trains to London from Peterborough, and a host of other major destinations including the Midlands, North West, Cambridge and Stansted airport from Stamford station.
